I used to be the impulsive kind of mom who struggled to stay in control of her emotions. I was afraid that my anger issues would jeopardize a healthy relationship with my kids and that they would grow up damaged by my inability to self-regulate.


I spent three years studying behavioral therapies and learning basic neuroscience techniques until I finally came up with a system that works: a simple 3-sided approach that covers everything from trigger management to stress management and subconscious reprogramming.
